Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Project Manager with commercial construction experience to manage renovation projects for our Property Maintenance Division.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education Include:

  • Ideal candidates will possess skilled knowledge of all trades and 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project supervision.
  • Knowledge of sprinkler/fire protection systems is a plus.
  • The Facility Manager will be responsible for coordinating supplies and staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and on budget.
  • Additional duties include building audits and inspections, as well as on-call responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills as the Facility Manager will be expected to interact with upper management and field personnel, as well as building tenants to define the scope of projects, estimate costs, develop schedules, and help execute the project.
