Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Technician role.
• Electrical: changing ballasts and bulbs, changing outlets and fixtures
• Plumbing: Sloan valves, drainage issues, sinks, and minor plumbing repairs
• Carpentry: drywall patching and painting
• General building maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as Facilities Maintenance Technician will be expected to interact with tenants and represent Mericle in a clean, professional manner, as well as complete required paperwork.

Applicants must have a valid PA driver’s license. Company vehicle and all tools provided.

This position is Full-time with a Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM work week.
