Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking Technicians and a Project Manager to add to our Property/Asset Management team that handles Facilities Maintenance.
Technicians – Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Technician role
- Experience in all areas: Electrical, Plumbing, General Building Maintenance
Project Manager – Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction project supervision
- Knowledge of sprinkler/fire protection systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
