Mericle Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Tech to join our team. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial facilities.

You will ensure systems are installed to code, operate efficiently, and meet safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• 5-10 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service Installation Tech
• EPA refrigerant certification is required
• Proficiency in performing repairs and maintenance on various types of HVAC equipment
• Knowledgeable in the aspects of all commercial HVAC repair processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
